(48 HOURS)
48-hour Cancellation Policy
To ensure appointments are managed fairly for all clients, I operate a 48-hour cancellation policy.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. This allows the appointment time to be offered to another client who may be waiting for support.
Booking Confirmation & Payment
Payment of the session fee is required at least 48 hours in advance to confirm your appointment booking.
Your appointment is only considered fully confirmed once payment has been received.
If payment is not received within this timeframe, the appointment may be released and offered to another client.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged at the full session fee, regardless of the reason.
This includes:

Illness

Work commitments
-
Personal circumstances

Travel issues
Missed Appointments
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and no prior notice is given, the full session fee will still be charged.
Rescheduling
Where sufficient notice is given (more than 48 hours), appointments can be rescheduled without charge, subject to availability.
Exceptions
I understand that emergencies can arise. Exceptions to this policy may be considered at my discretion in exceptional circumstances.
Agreement
By booking an appointment with Aaron Shaw Psychology, you are agreeing to this cancellation and payment policy.
